Meet Gemma

Chartered Physiotherapist

Gemma graduated from Cardiff University in 2011 with a BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy and has a specialist interest in muskuloskeletal physiotherapy. She has 12 years experience working in private practice in Cardiff and Pembrokeshire treating both semi professional athletes and members of the public.

Notably Gemma has worked as senior physiotherapist for Wales Men's Hockey team, supporting the team at the 2023 Hockey World Cup in India. Gemma has also provided physiotherapy services for Cardiff Blues rugby U18 & Cardiff RFC teams. She has a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation within a variety of sports including running related injuries being a keen athlete her self.
